I have been working in the outsourcing industry for seven long years from 2012 until 2019 in Convergys Philippines, a leading BPO company, taking care to customers in the United States. I took care of general customer concerns, mainly billing but also includes technical issues and sales.

I worked in different accounts/departments within seven years. I supported the chat and email support while in the Amazon account, then I moved to Time Warner Cable for several years supporting billing and sales then transferred technical department of the same account. I was a virtual assistant of an Australian online market.

I had a fruitful experience and I learned from it; my communication and interpersonal skills dramatically improved since then. It was amazing to help people reached a common goal and a convenient lifestyle.
