こんにちは！ブラジルに住んでいるHugoです。ユーザーネームはToshamanです。私は、金融事業部門において、実践経験があり、現在は、ITプロジェクトに関する部門に重点を置いています。また、現在はプロジェクトマネジメントにおける学士を遂行しています。私の目標はチームのパフォーマンスを常に向上させることです。理想としては、スタートアップのようなプロジェクトに有望に遂行したいです。自分のアイディアを実行することに熱心ですが、そのためには、チームの信頼とプロ意識が必要であることを知っています。


My experience is based on business models already rooted and strongly supported by techniques and working methods. I worked in financial business areas and today, give emphasis in the areas related to IT projects, àrea which I graduated and am currently pursuing a postgraduate Project Management.

My Goals, are in a nutshell, always add to the team's performance, an innovation followed fellowship eager to perform Excellence in everything I do. I particularly wanted to act on promising projects, as in Startups as well as execute my ideas, however, know for it would also need a team of trust and extreme professionalism.
