• Using the best software engineering practices and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, I worked as a software tester, fulfilling the deadlines of requests and guaranteeing the quality of project deliveries through functional tests, data mass generation and manipulation, creation of cases and test scripts and systems validation between the client and the project team, obtaining several positive feedbacks and indicators of satisfaction with meeting the deadlines, with the efficiency and with the high degree of quality of these deliverables. This activity had the important responsibility of quality control and also the management of the deliveries of the projects of Real Estate Credit and Special Credits (Caixa Econômica Federal bank) through:

o Planning and conducting meetings;
o Forecasting possible risks and their impacts on SLAs, negotiated dates and quality of deliveries;
o Integration between business teams, application development, also between the project team and management;
o Creation of process improvements (quality adherence indicators and adherence to the deadlines), in the processes of quality control processes and in the quality assurance phase to support the quality assurance team during project execution.
