Description
The objective of this work is to send and collect answered questionnaires to US cornstarch manufactures(#1-6) and associations(#7).
We have already sent formal request letters to representative e-mail address of each company between the 5th and 7th of this month, but we haven't received any reply.
We would like you to ask to collect the questionnaire by using any effective means in the US (e.g. telephone, social media).
