I have been a call center agent and a production supervisor/ Subject Matter Expert in a BPO company for almost 3 years, responsible for assisting our customers worldwide for their health insurance needs. I'm a very versatile person, I can do creative stuff like editing cool videos using Adobe Premiere Pro 2020, I've been into administrative field as well that's why I can pretty much do office works like data entry, transcribing audio and video, using MS word and excel, creating templates, CV, and cover letters. In my free time I'm a seasonal content writer, one of my favorite is writing about rock bands and Anime.
