■業務詳細 / Description
・中国の3都市（北京・上海・広州）の、不動産関連業界のステークホルダーの関係を調査し、結果をレポートにまとめてください
・具体的な手順書と結果整理テンプレートファイルを後程お渡しします
・Please have research about relationships of stakeholders in real estate related industries in 3 cities (Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou) and then compile a report.
・Detailed template files for research will be distributed shortly.
依頼者の自己紹介と依頼の背景
同時に今、活況の企業の顔ぶれ、定性的な情報含め動向を知りたい（例、外資参入が激しい、ローカルの牙城などなど）。
最終ターゲットは、大規模物件ではなく、中規模~小規模物件用です。
We want to know a relationship diagram, commercial distributions, and power relationships of Chinese real estate related industries.
Also, we want to get qualitative information about attracting companies in the industries or other trends. (e.g. More foreign capitals are joining; This market is local companies' stronghold )
Our main target is NOT large-scale properties, but middle or small-scale properties.

採用条件
- 中国在住で、中国語がネイティブであること
- ワークシフト内のプロフィールが充実していること
- 不動産デベロッパーなど業界に詳しい方を優先します
- 日本語、若しくは英語でのコミュニケーションが可能であること
また、採用前に本人確認をお願いすることもあります。
- A resident of China, with a native Chinese proficiency
- Substantial and completed Workshift profile
- Priority will be given to those who are familiar with real estate related industries like a developer
- The applicant who can communicate in either Japanese or English
Personal identification verification may be asked during the recruiting process.
