Following his medical training at a Medical school, Andy turned to a career as a translator/interpreter. In addition to his present responsibilities, he has worked as Subject Matter Expert/Language Lead/Global Language Coordinator for the medical and IT field at Lionbridge, the world’s largest language service provider (NASDAQ: LIOX), and for a US medical technology company based in Shanghai. Andy also has extensive experience in project management, language quality control for document translation projects, and with CAT tools such as TRADOS and TW among others.
