● Translated 1,000 pages of requirement and design documents from Japanese to English.
● As a Bridge Engineer/Interpreter, conducted daily standups between the Japanese client and Filipino Engineer.
● Toured Japanese clients to our Philippine offices.
● Communicated with Japanese clients via E-mail, phone call, face-to-face meetings, web conference
● Listened to the client’s skill requirements, look for the appropriate candidates in the existing pool of Filipino engineers, and then propose the candidates to the Japanese client.
● Conducted mock interviews before the actual interview with the Japanese client
● Monitored sales target and report during our weekly meeting.
● Hosted monthly conference meeting for onsite (Japan) engineers.
● Hosted quarterly get-togethers for 70+ onsite engineers.
