TPG is the 2nd largest phone and internet service provider in Australia. They've outsourced all their support centers in Manila. I started off as Helpdesk Level 1 then after a year I got promoted to Technical Escalations. I've handled several tasks like catering queue calls, EOD reports, email responder, dispatcher, point person and now as Technical Escalations Trainer.
