I've been in the BPO industry for almost 8 years, I've worked as Sales & Technical Support Rep. Now, I'm a technical trainer in one of the Australian BPO in Manila. I am on my 5th year in my current employer, the salary is quite well but due to my father's retirement, I'm now in need for an extra job to cover my family's expenses.

Customer Service, Reports Generation, Quality Analysis, Research and Technical Knowledge are included in my skill set. I should say, I'm an expert in assessment, troubleshooting & research. I'm new in the training field, so far I can see myself doing well and comfortable in training people and helping them bring out the best from themselves.

For my scholastic attainment, I finished college in one of the country's State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
