After six months I was promoted to become an account specialist(retention), we do handle irate customer who wants to switch their service from our competitor and we need to change their mind from switching and stay to us.

My primary duty in this company is to layout all soft copy files into a hard copy, and do a proof reading before finalizing the designs. We do books, school magazine, souvenir programs and a lot. Most of the time I do encode a lot of books and finalize it for printing.
