Interpret all types of meeting from technical to management
Interpret ad-hoc client requests
Take and make phone calls between Philippines and Japan
Translate documents from Japan both technical and managerial in nature from Japanese to either English or Tagalog and vice versa
Ensure all actions are taken by the Persons-In-Charge both in Japan and in the Philippines
Follow-up with the PIC on the delivery dates and other commitments
Track the progress of the project and manage the schedule and workload alongside the other leads
Coordinate with the managers on how to mitigate risks
Coordinate with the resources their availability vis-a-vis adjustments to schedules
Ensure quality and efficiency in the entire project
Ensure proper communication and understanding between both Japan and Philippine resources
Negotiate for deliveries and mediate on other negotiations
Consistently improve the project’s efficiency in terms of developing ways to be more productive
