Recruitment Manager
• Lead a team of recruiters and offshore researcher
• Perform candidates search, through headhunting, portals and existing database
• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates

Contract Management
• Draft contract as per agreed terms and conditions with client
• Responsible for contract management and post offer management
• Maintain and develop customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure contract commitments are fulfilled within cost targets, contract profit and revenue growth.
