 Setting – up & assigning staff’s KPI and assessing their achievement.
 Propose reward, appointment, discipline for staffs of Sales & Marketing Dept.
 Defining Recruitment, training needs and develop staff performance for inheritability.
 Nice, dynamic, friendly, easy to join into the new team, new environment and would like to develop in sales of real estate.
 Good English communication & very good Chinese for all skills.
 Familiar with MS Offices, Internet, Email.
