Industry: Investment & development of Infrastructure for Industrial Zone & Residential Real Estate. Project locates in Long An Province
Main duties:
 Be in charge of sales development for Vietnamese & Foreigner accounts.
 Making, carrying out & managing strategic plan of sales, marketing and customer services.
 Monitoring marketing, sales & customer services plan so that achieving sales target.
 Positive & directly working with client from the beginning to the end of deal including client approach, presentation, follow up, contract negotiation, contract closing, contract implementation.
 Following & combining with finance department for client’s debt.
 Monitoring sales & marketing budget.
 Build up & maintain good relationship with concern departments, groups, clubs, organization which can create opportunities to approach client.
 Support marketing section in PR affaires.
 Customer care after contract implementation.
 Setting - up organization chart as well as manage all activities of Sales & Marketing Department.
 Training products, sales procedure for subordinates.
 Setting – up & assigning staff’s KPI and assessing their achievement.
 Propose reward, appointment, discipline for staffs of Sales & Marketing Dept.
 Defining Recruitment, training needs and develop staff performance for inheritability.
