Following & combining with finance department for client’s debt.
Monitoring sales & marketing budget.
Build up & maintain good relationship with concern departments, groups, clubs, organization which can create opportunities to approach client.
Support marketing section in PR affaires.
Customer care after contract implementation.
Setting - up organization chart as well as manage all activities of Sales & Marketing Department.
Training products, sales procedure for subordinates.
Setting – up & assigning staff’s KPI and assessing their achievement.
Propose reward, appointment, discipline for staffs of Sales & Marketing Dept.
Defining Recruitment, training needs and develop staff performance for inheritability.

Good English communication & very good Chinese for all skills.
Familiar with MS Offices, Internet, Email.
