I am highly experienced in the field of customer service, technical, and billing for voice, email, chat support, and virtual assistance. I worked in a BPO industry for more than 6 years and learned the nuts and bolts of the business. Having excelled my task as an agent on all line of business, I was given a higher responsibility as a supervisor. This role gave me the opportunity to prove myself and what I can offer to the company by managing a team, making sure they exceed their Key Performance Indicator, and becoming a team player.

I became a part of the Training Team for almost 3 years. This role helped me impart the knowledge I learned and develop the skills I gathered as an agent and supervisor for the benefit of my trainees. Working as English Teacher on ESL Schools for 6 years gave me the opportunity to support my students with their communication challenges especially with their IELTS and TOEIC exams.
