• Proof-reading and editing a variety of texts from non-native English speakers throughout Asia
• Managing client expectations and scheduling commitments
• Maintaining communication with clients regarding projects in a timely manner

Outcomes
• Completed vast majority of projects on time or ahead of schedule
• Gained referrals for new business from existing clients
• Proof-read texts were more concise, grammatically correct and suitable for clients to use in a public and business setting than the originals
• Gained more extensive knowledge in science and business terminology in Japanese and English
