Professional Experience
I am a Technical officer or process lead and also stand as a team leader of subject matter expert and back-office supports.
I work hand in hand with our operations manager and senior operations manager with client-facing and
addressing the gap to make the program/business successful.
I have 9 years of customer service experience specifically with Xbox-Microsoft.
Being part of this account and having such role have honed my skill in assisting different profiles of customer/people.
I also have been managing team for 3 years where I guide, coach and transfer my skills to agents and subject matter expert so we
