Professional Experience
As a technical support representative, I handle level one technical support inquiries from clients. I am responsible for categorizing, answering and forwarding the incoming support inquiries. Those include answering product features questions, helping clients with platform questions, and solving other client technical issues. I also communicates with our senior technology specialists and I am an integral part of our team.
I also worked as a signage designer as a part time job.
