■業務詳細 / Description
・米国国防授権法に盛り込まれた「対米投資規制（FIRRMA)」と「輸出管理規制（ECRA）」について公開情報をデスクリサーチで収集してください
・収集した情報をある程度理解していただき、必要と思われる箇所を抜粋してください
・抜粋した内容をパワーポイントなどでまとめて下さい（英語もしくは日本語）
情報のどの部分が重要かについては、適任と思われる方に改めてメッセージでご連絡致します。

■Job Description
・Please collect public information at desk research regarding “Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act (FIRRMA)” and “Export Control Reform Act (ECRA)” , which are under the National Defense Authorization Act (U.S.A).
・ Please read the collected information carefully to a certain extent and pick up the parts that are necessary for this research.
・ Please summarize the excerpts in PowerPoint. (English or Japanese)
We will contact the appropriate person for more details with Workshift message.
