Web調査や政府関係機関などへのインタビューを通じて、下記の項目を調査してください。

調査対象商品：子供用オムツなど消費財7商品

◆調査内容
➀直近政府から発せられた通達における「パーソナルケア商品」とは何を指すのか
②指定商品群は現地で、「医療機器」、「化粧品」、「パーソナルケア商品」、「登録を必要としない商品（含む雑貨）」のどれに分類されるのかを調査（現地における登録などの規制観点から）
③表示する化学成分；主成分だけでよいか？全成分が必要なのか？有効成分だけでもよいのか？。
④英語表記（他言語）を併記してよいか？　ポルトガル語のみ、だけなのか？
⑤INCIに従った表示が必要なのか？　
⑥IUPAC表示でもいいのか？
⑦表示する成分の順番には規定はあるか？　（配合量の多い順？　並べる順番にはルールあるのか？）

◆ Scope of Investigation
Target products: Seven consumer goods, including children's diapers, etc.

◆ Investigation Details
1) What does "personal care products" refer to in the most recent government-issued notifications?
2) Investigate how the designated product group is classified locally from a regulatory perspective (such as registration requirements) as "Medical Devices," "Cosmetics," "Personal Care Products," or "Non-Registered products (including miscellaneous goods)."
3) For the displayed chemical ingredients: Is it sufficient to list only the main ingredients, or are all ingredients required? Would only active ingredients be acceptable?
4) Is it permissible to display English (or other languages) in addition to Portuguese? Or must it be exclusively in Portuguese?
5) Is it necessary to follow INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) for ingredient labeling?
6) Is IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) labeling acceptable?
7) Are there regulations regarding the order of listed ingredients (such as by quantity)? Are there any rules for the sequence in which they are listed?
