シンガポール出張時に以下のインタビューを設定して欲しいです。インタビューを設定して欲しいカテゴリーは大きく３つあります。それぞれ基本報酬と成功報酬に分けて報酬をお支払いします。

【カテゴリー１】
◆対象：出生前検査を実施している病院視察、もしくは、そこで務める医師とのインタビュー
◆作業と報酬
1) ターゲット先のリスト作成：10件 / インタビュー設定：最大5件
・基本報酬：10,000円（ワークシフトの手数料などを含む。以下同様。）
・成功報酬：50,000円/１アポイント
※病院視察と、その病院の医師とのインタビューが設定された場合は2件とカウントします（100,000円の契約金額）。

【カテゴリー2】
◆対象：障害児をもつお母さん（未就学児でなくても可）、もしくは障害をもつ女性とのインタビュー
◆作業と報酬
1) 障がい者施設のリスト作成：10件 / インタビュー設定：最大5件
・基本報酬：10,000円（ワークシフトの手数料などを含む。以下同様。）
・成功報酬：80,000円/１アポイント（インタビューされる人への報酬も含む）

【カテゴリー3】
◆対象：未就学児をもつ母親とのインタビューとのインタビュー
◆作業と報酬
インタビュー設定：最大5件
・基本報酬：20,000円（ワークシフトの手数料などを含む。以下同様。）
・成功報酬：45,000円/１アポイント（インタビューされる人への報酬も含む）

【日程】
3月11日、12日を予定していますが、場合によっては、3月末ごろの訪問に変える可能性があります。また、どうしても日程が合わない場合は、Zoomなどでのミーティングも検討します。

また、日本語⇔英語のスキルをお持ちの方には、インタビュー時の逐次通訳も依頼したいと考えています。

During business trip to Singapore, please arrange the following interviews. There are three main categories for which we will pay a basic fee and a success fee for each.

[Category 1]
◆Target: Hospital visits where prenatal testing is conducted or interviews with doctors working there.
◆Tasks and compensation:
・Create a list of target hospitals: 10 hospitals / Set up interviews: Max around 5 interviews
・Basic fee: 10,000 yen (including Workshift fees, etc. - the same applies below)
・Success fee: 50,000 yen/1 appointment
If a hospital visit and interview with a doctor are arranged, it will be counted as 2 appointments (total amount is 100,000 yen).

[Category 2]
◆Target: Interviews with mothers of children with disabilities (not limited to preschoolers) or women with disabilities.
◆Tasks and compensation:
・Create a list of disability facilities: 10 facilities / Set up interviews: Max around 5 interviews
・Basic fee: 10,000 yen
・Success fee: 80,000 yen/1 appointment (including compensation for the person being interviewed)

[Category 3]
◆Target: Target: Interviews with mothers who have preschool children
◆Tasks and compensation:
・Set up interviews: Max around 5 interviews
・Basic fee: 20,000 yen
・Success fee: 45,000 yen/1 appointment (including compensation for the person being interviewed)

[Schedule]
The visits are planned for March 11th and 12th, but there is a possibility that the schedule may be rescheduled to the end of March. If the schedule does not work out, we will consider meeting via Zoom or other online meeting tools.

We are also looking for someone with Japanese⇔English skills. We would like to ask for consecutive interpretation during interviews.
