I recently created & built the company’s Knowledge Management System under my Project Initiative. I am managing and monitoring a team of Customer Care Executives & Operations team adherence to the company & client protocols, processes, and Australian Collections’ Law for Telco account. Analyze data and reports using MS applications, DBMS & QMS. Facilitate and conduct team members’ coaching sessions, team managers’ quality calibration & client calls. Do huddles, touch base and meetings with team managers, clients and internal support group. Provides & delivers task that requires my attention and feedback.
