I am responsible in assisting the Assistant Director of Human Resources to provide administrative support to the employees in the Human Resources functions.
• Responsible for the whole process of talent acquisition including expatriate and provide recruitment updates to all management as and when applicable.
• Maintain colleague's data in Human Resources Information System (Sunfish) as well as registering new profiles and make updates in the system.
• Planning and executing all employee engagement initiative in a form of employee activities, recognition programs, internal PR, Human Resources driven employee events, surveys on employee satisfaction on specific topics and Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

I am responsible in executing Human Capital function in recruitment and implement all administration activities from recruitment process, assessment and counseling. Collaborate with other HC Executives to maintain employees files. We also works on collaboration with some university in order to acquire the best candidates with any programs.
