Customer Service Representative - Answering calls from customers who are in need of basic assistance for their account and providing the best service possible.
Technical support - Assisting customers in performing troubleshooting steps that'll help to solve technical issues on their device. Filing a ticket to be submitted to the developers is the last resort if all TS steps did not work.
The Subject Matter Expert - is that individual who exhibits the highest level of expertise in performing a specialized job, task, or skill within the organization. SMEs are often the "go to" people for assistance and up-todate information on a specialty, policies, processes, quality, marketing programs or general contact center issues.
