Customer Service Representative - Answering calls from customers who are in need of basic assistance for their account and providing the best service possible.
Technical support - Assisting customers in performing troubleshooting steps that'll help to solve technical issues on their device. Filing a ticket to be submitted to the developers is the last resort if all TS steps did not work.
