• Lead team members, foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation.
• Assist with local managers, project managers and other key players to define outbound requirements to meet call center metrics and communicate dialing plans and operations to stake holders.
• Scheduling for the dialer department to cover all hours of operation
• Provide initial, and ongoing, training for representatives, supervisors, and managers related to dialer applications
• Interact with key internal business partners, Information Technology, and vendor organizations in order to maintain optimal system performance
• Monitor and maintain dialer operations to ensure adherence to statutory regulations
• Ensure system integration points are monitored and maintained in order to optimize system performance
• Review and maintain current procedures necessary to successfully monitor daily operations and advice managers on appropriate action steps

• Participate in the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of existing and proposed systems and tools used for workforce planning, monitoring and forecasting
