- Establishing quality and safety management system (QMS & SMS) in line with regulatory standards and ISO 9001 quality system;
- Internal and 3rd-party auditing; sub-contractor, suppliers, vendor qualification and auditing, training organization (ATO) auditing, Safety auditing to ensure that the functions are in conformity with FAR Part 145/ 43; EASA part 145/ M/ 66/147, CAMO, EU-OPS; NDT audit, ISO 17025;
- Ensuring the continuous airworthiness of operator fleet and assuring the optimum availability of aircraft: AD, SB, Modification, EO (Engineering orders), structure damage and repair reviewing; Hard Time/ Life limited parts, ALI (airworthiness limitation items), CDCCL reviewing; CMR (Certificate of maintenance review); C of A (Certificate of Airworthiness), IOSA auditing;
- Leading a team to establish & maintain latest airworthiness/ technical publications: maintenance exposition manual (MOE), Standard operating procedure (SOP), Capability list, etc.;
- Managing safe disposal of hazardous waste, directing and heading internal audit program for HSE and Quality; Managing Technician Record.

Achievements:
- Successfully set up and maintain the Quality system: FAA Part-145, EASA Part-145, Hong Kong HKAR-145, Philippines CAR - Part 6, Singapore SAR-145, China CAR-145, GCAA Part-145, Indonesia CASR Part-145, ISO 9001…;
- Leading a team to carry-out 12 internal audits per year, slashed administration costs by making continuous improvement for various departments and maintenance centres, while ensuring the compliance of services;
- Leading a team to conduct 12 safety investigation per year using MEDA (Maintenance error decision aid) and HIRA (Hazard identification and Risk assessment); SAG (Safety action group) and SRB (Safety Review Board) meeting facilitator;
- Broad professional connection during years of liaison with Airlines, Authorities, Suppliers in 51 external audits/ year at the executive level;
- Strong customer support, developed 2 new business deals for the company;
- Good knowledge of ICAO Annexes, IATA standards, Part 21J; Part 21G, Problem-solving tools (KPI Analysis, fishbone diagrams, FMEA, 8D, Process Flow Chart, Root Cause Analysis…);
- Successfully managing qualification and training record system of a large-sized company (2700 employees).

- Ensuring QC functions and responsibilities were well-performed in Base, Line maintenance: airworthiness continuing, aircraft/ component maintenance quality monitoring, maintenance record reviewing and investigating, tool control monitoring, incident/ accident investigation, safety assurance, auditing…;
- Frequent user of My Boeing fleet, Airbus world, Safran Messier-Bugatti-Dowty websites.

Achievements:
- Aircrafts/ components were maintained and released to service in more than 1 year;
- Broad technical knowledge gained, especially knowledge of Airbus and Boeing aircrafts, components, Ground support equipment and tools (GSE), NDT techniques, ISO 17025 (calibration), measuring and test equipment.
