- Participate in preparing package proposals for providing consultancy in development projects funded by UNDP, WB, ADB and other international organizations. These projects focus on a number of key industry sectors including market strategy, market and sociological surveys, environmental impact assessment, manufacturing and processing, etc;
- Get involved in conducting assessments on the project on capacity building for legal officers of local authorities in Hoa Binh province;
- Assist investment projects under the Law on foreign investment in Vietnam and the Law on internal investment promotion.

E-commerce Development Agency

- Design survey questionnaires, collect, analyze data (with excel and SPSS tool) and produce high standard reports for annual survey on e-commerce enterprise performance and work out for recommendations for improvement;
- Monitor and evaluate the impacts of new e-commerce regulations on enterprises’ practices;
- Support some partner enterprises in doing business online;
- Participate in building information system on export markets to support export enterprises in their business;
- Support export enterprises in application for electronic Certificate of Origin;
- Compile and publish trade data and statistics.
