Responsibilities:
- Do specific errand from PD
- Assist PD in a daily schedule to ensure that his business runs smoothly
- Conduct research, collect news and articles, make report as required
- Manage and maintain an effective filing system of all incoming and outgoing company documents and PD’s private documents and ensure that all documents are handled in line with company procedure
- Supervise and guide the document controller, check incoming and outgoing documents, ensure all documents are submitted properly and circulated
- Translate letter and another documents from bahasa to english, vice versa
- As a contact point on internal and external meeting arrangement.
- Answer phone calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards where required and maintains detailed and accurate records.
- Manage office cars and its related matters (petrol and time sheet)
- Arrange meeting, travel and appointment as required
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft word, power point, excel, etc to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain records, spreadsheets and databases.
- Handling incoming mails from client and subcontractor
- Supervise the office boy to maintain office cleanliness, especially PD’s room
- Maintain office supplies and equipment (especially PD’s) sufficient and in a good condition
- Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Assist new staff for adjustment
- Sorting candidate from jobstreet, make arrangement for interview

1. Assist Chief Financial, Chief Administration, Project Finance Manager and Accounting-Tax Manager (arrange internal & external meeting, business travel arrangement, expense reimbursement, conference call, entertainment and office event)
