The company has registered a pronounced acceptance rate of LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) applications and has provided quality services for newcomers.
Achievements
- Improved the application acceptance rate by 10 % and reduce the preparation time by 1.5 weeks by introducing a new communication system that prevents miscommunications and redundant interactions, and incorporating a new procedure that engages stakeholders (employers and foreign workers) as an active player in the application preparing process
Immigration Case Management
- Organize each client's information and compile clientele data through case-based management programs
- Organize and compile Labour Market Impact Assessment Application Packages based on each clients' situation and backgrounds
- Research information on up-to-date immigration issues and regulations and update the customer-based programs
- Set up meetings and consultations in a timely manner

- Research and Reach out a profitable niche market in Japan and create a new business plan and organize project management in a highly independent manner

- Researched literature on historical accounts of the Syrian civil war from various perspectives considering international relationship to and interventions in Syria
- Analyzed how the immigration and refugee policy in Canada, existent immigration institutions, and settlement agencies affected the integration of Syrian refugees into the society in Canada
- Investigated 90 articles published by Toronto Star from Sep 1st to Apr 22nd with its focus on how Canada as a nation is represented, how Syrian refugees’ stories are told, and what are challenges of Syrian refugees in Canada
Research on Immigrant entrepreneurs
- Conducted the literature review on a correlation between immigrants’ entrepreneurship and the exclusionary force of the domestic labor market in Canada and one between innovative strategies and transnational entrepreneurship from both a qualitative and a quantitative perspective
- Researched how economic and public policies in Canada and the world affected immigrants’ decision-making process as to employment and job hunting strategies
