Japanese Consecutive Interpreter
2009/01～ 2019/02
This is my current position, and full time job.
My shift is on weekdays, Monday thru Friday, from 6:00-15:00 (40 hours a week), consecutive interpreting over an IP phone from Japanese<->English for the following entities:
• Government agencies in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom (ex. Homeland Security, Immigration and Naturalization, Social Security)
• Medical facilities/hospitals, such as Kaiser Permanente, Stanford Hospital, UCSF, University of Michigan, Mayo Clinic, Mount Sinai Beth Israel, etc. (mainly United States, also Canada, and United Kingdom)
• Fortune 500 companies including many financial institutions such as Citi Bank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Union Bank of CA, Fidelity, etc.
