Mainly in charge of translating promotional materials, e. g., DMs and other related materials from English to Japanese, for GLOBAL ELITE SERVICES PTE LTD.
Also in charge of translating other materials including some written works of over 15,000 words and proofreading / amending other translators works. When required, I translate from Japanese to English as well.

I was in charge of dealing with customers in Japanese via online chat, email and telephone, which inevitably involved internal liaisons with related sectors in English.
Briefly took up a marketing position, where I learned basic ideas on viewing and modifying source codes.
Entirely, I worked hard and focused on translation tasks from English to Japanese for various needs, including email templates, adverts, instructions, and Terms & Conditions etc.
