Author Solutions is a famous self-publishing company based in Bloomington, Indiana in the USA. I handled three teams. Two production teams and a pre-sale team.
Main task was to handle a group of individuals assisting authors in the US and Canada to publish their books. The production department is in-charge of the book screening like originality of content and book design (cover and interior).
The pre-sale team handled was in-charge of helping customers/authors to understand the contract that they will be signing prior to the publication of their work. They deal with legal concerns every day.

KGB handled directory assistance calls (411) for almost all the phone companies in the USA. My main task was to provide phone numbers to the callers and give them driving directions should they need assistance.
