Assisting Juniper FTS customers in designing, configuring and troubleshooting their service provider backbone networks from security perspective.
Handling major Juniper accounts like UBS,Comcast, Verizon, ATT, Google for Juniper Data Centre and Switching platforms .
Currently lead engineer for Google account.
SME for VCF implementation for the India CFTS team.
Leading Juniper on Q-Fabric Implementation for UBS.
Coordinating with accounts team in deploying solution, PR/Bug search on upcoming scheduled JUNOS images.
Assisting the accounts in all technical queries put by customers, pre and post deployment.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams (i.e. Engineering/PLM/Sales/Technical Publications) to provide a quick and working solution to the end customer.
Supported all Juniper Q-Fabric and Ex/QFX platforms including EX8200, QFX3500 QFX5100 devices as well.
