 Assisting Juniper FTS customers in designing, configuring and troubleshooting their service provider backbone networks from security perspective.
 Handling major Juniper accounts like UBS,Comcast, Verizon, ATT, Google for Juniper Data Centre and Switching platforms .
 Currently lead engineer for Google account.
 SME for VCF implementation for the India CFTS team.
 Leading Juniper on Q-Fabric Implementation for UBS.
 Coordinating with accounts team in deploying solution, PR/Bug search on upcoming scheduled JUNOS images.
 Assisting the accounts in all technical queries put by customers, pre and post deployment.
 Collaborated with cross-functional teams (i.e. Engineering/PLM/Sales/Technical Publications) to provide a quick and working solution to the end customer.
 Supported all Juniper Q-Fabric and Ex/QFX platforms including EX8200, QFX3500 QFX5100 devices as well.
