Support General Director by: Evaluate potential suppliers, Set milestone and manage projects to match the timeline by supervising involved departments, monitor all departments’ performance, Cost control, Manage suppliers, Research about medicine and hospital, construction, government certificates, Process legal document, IT implementation, assist General Director in daily work basis.
Major Projects involved:
o Project manager - Luke’s Pharmacy:
 Manage Design team and Construction team to complete the pharmacy stores, on time
 Contact, deal price and supervise the manufacturing and installation of raw building, interior, racks and special equipments
 Prepare key persons each stores, organize legal papers and obtain GMP certificates from Department of Health
 Research and contact oversee suppliers for potential products
 Prepare guideline for internal processes and external processes for store’s daily operation
o Researcher, planer and supervisor– Saint Luke Medical Center:
 Issues medical facility design, Floor plan, rooms’ use, and medical equipments list and quotations for implimentation
 Collect, compare and classify international guideline and government’s requirements for establish a medical Center
 Prepare staffs for the medical Center. Perform research as per General Director’s request
 Control design team for interior design and interior manufactures for making the furniture for Saint Luke Medical Center.
o Project Supervisor - Thai Express Restaurant:
 Involve in marketing campaigns, management strategy and daily check of staffs performance as well as facilities
 Supervise the construction of new restaurants, installation of equipment and furniture, ensure the out come of the project is according to BOD’s plan and expectation.
 Manage external events, Food tester
 Analyse neighbour competitors
o Supervisor - 7th Avenue Home Decor:
 Research and contact new potential suppliers from over sea for catalogue, quotation and distributorship
 Find potential locations for new showrooms
 Administer the construction of new store, installation of equipment and furniture
o Dealer and purchasing – Medson Investment Corporation:
 Collect quotation and finalize the top potentials suppliers of interior, computer, server, construction, maintenance, medical supply and equipment, food and beverage supply, medicine ...
 Deal price, evaluate and rotate among potential suppliers for best result according to General Director’s requirement
 Keep track and preserve the performance of suppliers
o Internal control
 Manage performances of the company’s departments by projects
 Verify process guidelines from other departments
 Cooperate with IT and HR for staffs management
