3rd LOB- ISA(Individual Savings Account) telephony (Outbound)
-Doing an outbound call to process money transfer from different bank to our bank
4th LOB- Secured Telephony Financial Adviser (Collections dept.)
- Deal with the arrears account or behind non payment
-Do financial Assessment to get customer`s income and expenditure
-Set the best suitable plan to customer`s current situation to clear off the arrears and put the account back in UP-TO-DATE status
