Assistant to project manager for tendering Ho Chi Minh Line 1 Metro Project
• Collaborate with multinational team to promote transportation projects in HCM such as Metro lines and Tram ways.
• Analyze tender technical documents; brief special requirements, coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Arrange discussions with clients, subcontractors to facilitate project.
• Generate the project office set-up plan, budgeting relevant services.
• In charge of translation work for tender document.

Manage the office operation in accordance with company’s policy and requirement.
• Assist the establishment and support the operation of Fecon Miltec JSC successfully, the joint venture factory between CHIKAMI MILTEC Inc and FECON Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction JSC.
• Selling and marketing the products such as Vertical and Horizontal Drain those are manufactured by Chikami Miltec Inc. and Thai Miltec International Inc for the soft soil improvement works.
• Purchase and sell other construction materials for soft soil improvement works.
• Manage accounts of 20 existing customers, arranging appointments to get project information and process sales.
• Conduct contract negotiation. Following shipments, delivery schedule of goods and payments.
