• Advanced and analytical researches using the data gathered in analysing issues regarding training attritions, surveys and compliance non-completion.
• Strong communication skills not only in explaining modules but understanding the trainees learning style and situation to ensure quality results.
• Flexibility not only with the schedule but also in adapting to organizational changes (training plans, training updates, business changes).
