• Pioneered and grew the business of the affiliate newest alternative distribution channel (Multi-Brand Doors/Beauty Brand Center)
• Fiscal Year to Date Achievement is at 174% to LY (Pre-Covid July-February) with the new channel contributing to 8% of the affiliate’s total business
• Developed local training program contents that complements and support the Brand’s training and education programs
• Drove sales target achievement through increase productivity of Beauty Advisors and efficient management of stocks and developing top door programs
