- Develop/Implement customer service-reservation procedures/check list and maintain the service level of airline cargo reservation
- Responsible for the supervision of a staff, scheduling and work productivity improvements
- Traffic management/pricing in-charge for all products/airlines and ensure sales growth, good revenue and accuracy of customer accounts/transactions
- Work in conjunction with Cargo Manager, Business Development and Sales Person on new business opportunities/advance product development
- Responsible for the Offline Airline, interline agreement requisition and coordination of rates/agreed rates
- Recommend and evaluate quality assurance scores/result to develop more efficient and effective Airline Operations
