Operation and Customer Service

I am experienced Customer Service for over 15 years in a cargo airline industry.
In line to cargo planning, sales and marketing, pricing, operation with backgrounds in inventory, warehousing, trucking and chartering. As well as cross logistics trade and SEA - AIR - LAND cargo handling.

Recently, joined BPO environment as voice-outbound call with various sales campaigns as work-from-home set up, its consider my side jobs to adapt the trending industry and enhance my knowledge and techniques in sales and marketing.
