I started working as a Passenger Service Agent at ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS in June 2019. After joining the ANA I went to Japan for 1 month for training. I have to work with the Ground staff team and I supervised them. I communicated with a lot of customers and have to handle the customer complaints and in some cases system errors.
