I graduated from the Yangon University of Foreign Languages majoring in Japanese. After graduation, I started working as a Passenger Service Agent at ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS in June 2019 and I am still working there. As a Passenger Service Agent, I have to handle a lot of Passengers who are traveling to Japan. So, most of my customers are Japanese and Local so, I have to translate with the customers and ground staff. So I have confidence in my Japanese Speaking. And also, I have to handle a lot of complaints and deal with the customers that why I am good at the problem-solving skill and decision-making skills. Also, I have to our Flight Operation Systems and I have good knowledge about airport system and handling.
