As a sales representative of a trading company specialized in Industrial Machine tools in Japan, I developed and maintained relationships with existing or potential clients who were Japanese companies in Vietnam. I alsocoordinated with the Japanese sales team members to analyze and maximize clients' satisfaction.

As a Project Coordinator, I assist design teams in Japan in executing architectural design and urban planning projects
in Vietnam. More specifically, I liaise verbally or by official correspondences with local authorities and clients to arrange project activities such as contract signing, meetings, etc. for timely completion. Whereas necessary, I do interpretation from Japanese to English or Vietnamese in meetings between design teams in Japan and clients in Vietnam.
