Synchrony Financial is a financial institution that finances store credit cards in the US. For the first 4 years of my career, I took inbound calls and supported 2 accounts. And on my 5th year, I applied as one of the pioneering batches for chat support. I was crossed trained to 13 accounts that the company also finances.
My job was to assist cardholders regarding their credit card concerns - billing / payments, balance and purchases, fraud or lost cards, promotions and rewards.
