I worked at JP Morgan Chase bank, but based in the Philippines as a Financial Advisor. This position entails talking to customers who are going through hardships. The job entails collections, providing hardship programs including that of Settlements. I deal with third party debt settlement companies as well as Attorneys at law and Attorneys in fact. Great customer service is what I provide to customers making sure that they retain their business with us and making sure that their trust will be regained.
