I was an Administrative Supervisor and an Executive Assistant so the job entails handling admin tasks, monitoring of supplies and purchasing, marketing, appointment settings, flight schedules, handling of marketing and advertisement proposals and the like. At present, I am working full-time at ANZ Bank as a Collections Officer. I collect debts for their mortgages, personal loans, and credit cards, not to mention providing hardship programs as well. I worked at JP Morgan Chase Bank as a Financial Advisor. The job entails collections, providing hardship programs including that of Settlements. I deal with third-party debt settlement companies as well as Attorneys at law.
I also worked for IBM Daksh, handling customers for Citibank NA. This job entails providing customer services such as balance inquiry, funds transfers, checkbook orders, Citibank Online technical issues and troubleshooting, balance transfers, fraud and disputes, and other bank-related tasks.
